8 platforms with native import
Each export format has been validated against the platform's official documentation. The generated file is ready for direct upload, no manual conversion needed.
WordPress
WXR XML format, the WordPress native standard. Each content item becomes a draft post with title, slug, category and clean HTML body. Compatible with WordPress.org and WordPress.com.
In the WordPress dashboard, go to Tools > Import > WordPress and upload the .xml file.
Notion
Markdown file (.md) optimized for Notion's block structure. Headings, lists, tables and quotes are preserved on import.
In Notion, go to Settings > Import > Text & Markdown and select the .md file.
HubSpot
CSV with columns mapped to the HubSpot blog importer: title, author, meta description, publish date, HTML body and categories.
In Content > Blog > Import, upload the CSV. HubSpot automatically applies BlogPosting schema.
Webflow
CSV compatible with Webflow CMS Collections. Name, Slug, Post Body, Post Summary, Published On and Tags fields are mapped automatically.
In the blog CMS Collection, click Import and upload the CSV. Map fields in the interface.
Ghost
JSON in Ghost's native migration format. Each content item is imported as a post with title, slug, HTML, status and timestamps preserved.
In Settings > Advanced > Import content, upload the .json file.
Joomla
The same WordPress WXR XML format is accepted by Joomla 5+ through the native Advanced Migration Tool, or in earlier versions via the J2XML extension with WordPress Importer.
In Joomla 5+, use the native Migration Tool. In earlier versions, install J2XML + WordPress Importer.
Wix
The Wix blog importer accepts WordPress XML files natively. Each content item becomes a blog post with formatting preserved.
In the Wix Dashboard, go to Blog > Import posts and select WordPress XML.
Squarespace
Squarespace imports content via WordPress XML files. Posts are created as drafts maintaining structure, headings and lists.
In Settings > Import & Export Content, select WordPress and upload the .xml file.

Frequently Asked Questions
No. CMS export works via direct file download, no credentials or APIs to configure. Just generate the content, click download and upload to your CMS.
Export generates a file for manual import in the CMS. Publishing via integration (WordPress, Shopify, Jira, Google Drive) sends content directly via API but requires credential setup. Export is ideal for those who don't want or can't configure integrations.
As draft. All formats that support status (WXR XML, Ghost JSON) import content as drafts so you can review before publishing.
Yes. Articles, FAQs, guides, comparisons and landing pages can be exported together in a single file. The WXR format, for example, separates each item with its category preserved.
No. None of the platforms support importing JSON-LD Schema directly in standard import formats. HubSpot applies BlogPosting automatically, and for other platforms, the schema generated by naia should be implemented separately in the site code.
Up to 10 items per export. Select the desired items in the list and click Download in the action bar that appears at the bottom of the screen.
No. The system automatically separates the title from the content body. The title goes to the CMS title field and the HTML body starts from the first subtitle, avoiding H1 duplication.
