Build the invoice, not the plan comparison
Take a team that wants 100 tracked prompts and needs Gemini and Google AI Mode in the reading. Standard is US$ 189. Each of those two add-ons costs US$ 59 per month on Standard. The configured price is US$ 248 with one or US$ 307 with both.
None of this is hidden. It is on the Otterly pricing page. It only means the comparison has to use the configuration you would actually sign, not the row that starts with the lowest dollar figure.
US$ 29 is a real price and worth saying so
Lite is US$ 29 for 15 tracked prompts with daily tracking. Nothing else in the category starts that low. The next published entry points are Peec at US$ 95 per month billed annually and Profound at US$ 99 per month billed yearly, both for 50 prompts. If you want to watch fifteen prompts on the four engines Otterly includes by default, and Gemini and Google AI Mode are not part of the question, the cheapest correct answer on this page is Otterly. naia is not it. The naia free tier stops at two prompts and the paid plan is R$ 1.490 per month.
We'd rather write that plainly than pretend a R$ 1.490 product competes for a US$ 29 budget.
Unbundling is not automatically the worse deal
There is a defence for the add-on model. A team that truly does not care about Google surfaces pays for engines it will never read when the plan bundles them, and Otterly lets it not pay.
The awkward part is that engine coverage decides almost everything else a GEO tool tells you, which makes it a strange dial to leave outside the plan. It also means the sticker price is the number that travels. Otterly shows up in third party listicles as the US$ 29 option, and teams arrive from those listicles with a budget built on a configuration they cannot use.
Whether that's deliberate pricing or an accident of packaging, we have no way to know, and we are not going to guess in public about a competitor's intent.
Where naia is worse, and where it is simply different
Worse on price at the bottom of the range, as above. Otterly also publishes daily tracking on Lite, Standard and Premium. naia Autoridade commercially includes four complete analyses per month and describes configurable automations whose scope and credit use need confirmation. If included daily tracking is required, Otterly is the clearer published offer.
Different rather than worse: naia runs natively in Portuguese, includes Llama in Meta AI and WhatsApp, and includes Google AI Overview and Gemini instead of selling them per engine. Each Autoridade analysis carries 220 queries, 200 of them in AI Google Search.
