The Prompts and schedule drawer

Prompts and schedule is the Shopping configuration drawer. It opens from the Prompts and schedule button at the top of the page and gathers four things: the schedule that repeats the measurement on its own, the topics and prompts (the same editor as the first visit), the connected store and the cost of each measurement. Only people who edit the brand see the button; people who can only read see the Read only tag. The Measure now button, next to it, starts a round right away: it reserves up to 6 credits per active prompt, charges only the answered ones and returns the rest. A brand accepts up to 50 active prompts.

What you can do

  • Turn on, pause or change the frequency of the automatic measurement.
  • Edit, turn off or add prompts and topics.
  • Connect the store after the first visit.
  • Check how much each measurement costs before starting.

Ask the chat

Which prompts is my brand's Shopping measuring and how much does each measurement cost?

Step by step

  1. Step 1: Open the drawer and measure now

At the top right of the page are the dates (Last measured and next on), the Prompts and schedule button and the Measure now button with the cost, for example Measure now · 120 credits. During a round the button becomes Follow the measurement and the text shows Measurement in progress. Measure now reserves 6 credits per active prompt, charges only the answered prompts and returns the difference; if fewer than half answer, the round fails and nothing is charged.

    What you can do

    • Start a measurement outside the schedule.
    • Follow a measurement in progress.

  2. Step 2: Turn on the schedule

The schedule repeats the measurement on its own every 7, 14 or 30 days and applies to the whole brand. With it on, the next date shows up, and the Notify by email option sends the summary of what changed when each round finishes. If one of the two compared rounds had fewer than 5 showcases, the summary shows only the current numbers and warns that the difference may be ChatGPT fluctuation, without saying it rose or fell. The schedule saves right away, with no need for Save changes. It pauses on its own in four cases: Paused, when you pause it yourself; Paused after repeated failures, when three rounds in a row fail; Paused for lack of balance; and Paused: the schedule owner lost access. With the schedule off, the measurement only runs when you ask.

    What you can do

    • Choose the frequency among 7, 14 and 30 days.
    • Get an email with what changed after each round.
    • Turn the repeat off at any time.

  3. Step 3: Edit topics and prompts

In Topics and prompts you use the same editor as the first visit: open a topic, turn each prompt on or off, edit the text, ask for 4 more, create a topic with Add topic or go back to Propose again. A prompt that names the brand or a product is rewritten by the quality guard before measuring. The limit is 50 active prompts: above that, turn some off to generate more. At least one prompt must be on to measure. The changes stay in a draft until you save.

    What you can do

    • Change the text of a question.
    • Turn off prompts that do not represent your sales.
    • Add new topics.

  4. Step 4: Connect or check the store

The Store section shows the address, how many products were read and when the last sync was. Without a store, No store connected appears with the Connect button, which opens the same card as the first visit: paste the store or feed link. Connecting the store does not change the cost of the measurement; it links the showcase products to your catalog and feeds the Fixes tab.

    What you can do

    • Connect the store after skipping the step at the start.
    • See when the catalog was last synced.

  5. Step 5: Check the cost

The Cost section shows the math: active prompts times 6 credits, charged only if the measurement finishes. The value follows the draft: turning prompts on or off already updates the estimate. This is the maximum value, because a prompt ChatGPT does not answer is not charged. Scheduled measurements charge the brand owner and use the same rule; without balance, the schedule pauses.

    What you can do

    • Estimate the cost before saving the changes.
    • Understand why the schedule paused for lack of balance.

  6. Step 6: Save or discard

When there is a change in topics or prompts, the drawer footer shows Unsaved changes, with Discard and Save changes. Closing the drawer with a draft asks Discard unsaved changes?, with Keep editing or Discard and close. The schedule does not depend on this, because it saves at every click.

    What you can do

    • Save the new set of prompts at once.
    • Give up on the changes without losing what was already saved.
