The monitor list

The Brand Safety screen brings together every monitor of the selected brand, with the worst verdict first. It lives in the side menu, in the "Avançado" section on standard brands and in the "Módulos" section on Autopilot brands, and only shows up when a brand is selected. Users with the "Visualizador" role can see the list but cannot create, edit, run or delete.

What you can do

  • See at a glance which monitors are "Risco", "Atenção" or "Seguro".
  • Open a monitor by clicking the card.
  • Edit, pause, resume or automate a monitor without opening the detail.

Step by step

  1. Step 1: Create a monitor

The "Novo monitor" button opens the creation form. With no monitor at all, the screen shows "Nenhum monitor configurado", with the same button in the middle.

    What you can do

    • Open the form to create your first monitor.
    • Ask the Autopilot chat for the form link.

  2. Step 2: Filter by verdict

The "Todos", "Risco", "Atenção" and "Seguro" filters appear when at least one monitor exists, with the count next to each one. The list always puts "Risco" first, then "Atenção", then "Seguro", and last the monitors without data, with an alphabetical tiebreak.

    What you can do

    • See only the monitors in "Risco" to handle the most urgent ones.
    • Go back to "Todos" to see the full list.

  3. Step 3: Read a card

Each card shows the name, the prompt (up to two lines), the AI engines consulted, up to three regions with a +N for the rest, the highlighted number and the date of the last run. With no completed run, the card shows "Sem dados". The border turns reddish on "Risco" and yellowish on "Atenção". The whole card is clickable and opens the monitor page.

    What you can do

    • Click the card to open the full results.
    • Check the date of the last run without opening the monitor.

  4. Step 4: Understand the highlighted number

On a Compliance monitor, the number is the safety index from 0 to 100: 80 or above is "Seguro", from 40 to 79 is "Atenção" and below 40 is "Risco". On a "Reputação" monitor, the number is the average sentiment, from -100 to 100, with a plus sign when positive: +20 and up is "Positivo", -19 to +19 is "Neutro" and -20 and below is "Negativo". In the filters, "Positivo" counts as "Seguro", "Neutro" as "Atenção" and "Negativo" as "Risco".

    What you can do

    • Compare monitors of the same type by their number.
    • Remember that Compliance and "Reputação" use different scales and never mix.

  5. Step 5: See whether the monitor is automatic, paused or manual

"Automático" means the monitor has an active routine and runs by itself. "Pausado" means the routine exists but is inactive, which includes the automatic pause that happens when the response reached the expected level. "Manual" means there is no routine and the monitor only runs when you ask.

    What you can do

    • Spot monitors that stopped running on their own.
    • Tell a "Manual" monitor apart from a paused one.

  6. Step 6: Edit, pause or turn on protection

"Editar" opens a dialog with name, prompt, expected response (Compliance only), regions and alert emails. The type, the engines and the frequency cannot be changed after creation. "Pausar" and "Retomar" only appear when the monitor has a routine. "Ativar proteção" appears when it does not: the dialog asks for the periodicity ("Diário", "Semanal" or "Mensal") and the alert emails. "Excluir" is not in the list: it only exists inside the monitor.

    What you can do

    • Adjust prompt, regions and emails without recreating the monitor.
    • Pause a monitor to stop spending credit and resume later.
    • Turn a "Manual" monitor into an automatic one with "Ativar proteção".
