The Products tab

Products gathers everything ChatGPT showed in the showcases of the measurement. Variations of the same product, such as color, size or different titles in each store, count as a single product. With the store connected, naia recognizes which showcase products are yours and which catalog item each one matches; without a catalog, it only knows the product is from your brand. Each row opens a drawer with the detail. The See in Shopping link, from the AI Catalog, opens the drawer of the chosen product directly. Opening the tab costs no credits.

What you can do

  • See which products show up in the showcase and how often.
  • Separate your products from your competitors' products.
  • Open a product to see where it is sold and next to whom it shows up.
  • Go from the product drawer straight to its fix.

Step by step

  1. Step 1: Read the three numbers

Different products is how many distinct products showed up, with the variations already grouped. Yours is how many of them are from your brand. Recognized in your catalog, with the total next to it, is how many of your products naia linked to an item of your store. Without a connected catalog, this number stays at zero and the reading is still valid. Each number shows the change against the previous round.

    What you can do

    • Know how many of your products the showcase showed.
    • See how many are linked to the store catalog.
See this step in full screen
  2. Step 2: Filter between All, Yours and Competitors

The selector next to the Products in the showcase title narrows the table and the numbers below it. All brings everything, Yours brings only the products of your brand and Competitors brings the rest. The information icon reminds you that variations of the same product count as one.

    What you can do

    • Isolate the products of competitors.
    • Look only at your portfolio in the showcase.

  3. Step 3: Read the table

Each row brings the Product, the Visibility (in how many showcases it showed up), the Average position (lower is better), the Stores that offer it and the Lowest price seen. The Yours tag marks the products of your brand. Click the name of a product to open its drawer. With a filter that has no results, the table says No product in this filter.

    What you can do

    • Order your eye by the most visible products.
    • Compare price and position between brands.

  4. Step 4: Open the product drawer

The drawer opens over the tab, which stays behind, and shows the Product summary: Visibility, Average position and how many Prompts brought the product. In In your catalog, the Recognized tag says which store product naia linked that card to, with the number of variations. If there is no link yet, the drawer explains it and asks you to connect the store.

    What you can do

    • See how many prompts brought the product.
    • Confirm the link of the card with the item of your catalog.
See this step in full screen
  5. Step 5: See where it is sold and go to the fix

Where it is sold lists the stores and the price of each offer, or says the offers did not name the store. Shows up next to shows the products that shared the showcase with it, or says it showed up alone. For a product of yours, See this product's correction takes you to the Fixes tab, on the right product.

    What you can do

    • Know in which stores the product is offered and for how much.
    • See who shares the showcase with the product.
    • Go straight to the product data fix.
