The Prompts tab
Prompts gathers the result of the last round by shopping topic. Each topic shows the showcase rate, the visibility, your position among the brands (No comparison when no competitor showed up in the topic showcases, no data when the topic had no showcase) and the average position; opening the topic shows each question, and each question opens in a drawer the full ChatGPT answer: the shopping showcase as the shopper saw it, with your cards highlighted, and the answer text with your brand and the competitors marked. It is the tab to understand why: in which question you show up, in which one you disappear and what ChatGPT said. Opening the tab and the answers costs no credits.
What you can do
- See in which topics and questions your brand shows up.
- Read the exact ChatGPT answer for each question.
- Spot questions with no showcase or no answer.
- Open the prompt editing from the result.
Ask the chat
In which Shopping questions does my brand not show up?
Step by step
Step 1: Start with the title and Edit prompts
The Prompts by topic title has an information icon: each topic groups shopping questions without a brand and without a product name. People who edit the brand see the Edit prompts button, which opens the Prompts and schedule drawer to change the text or turn questions on and off. People who can only read do not see the button.
What you can do
- Understand what each topic groups.
- Go straight to prompt editing, if you edit the brand.
Step 2: Read the row of each topic
The topic row brings the name, the number of prompts and four columns: Showcase rate (how many questions of the topic opened a showcase), Visibility (in how many of those showcases your brand showed up), Your position and Average position. Where there is no data, the column shows no data or out. Click the topic to open it; one topic opens at a time.
What you can do
- Compare topics by showcase rate and visibility.
- Find the topic where you are out.
Step 3: Open the questions of the topic
With the topic open, each question shows its result: whether it opened a showcase or had no showcase, whether your brand showed up in it and in which position, and whether it was cited in the text. A question ChatGPT did not answer in that round shows as no answer and is not charged. Click the text of the question to open the answer.
What you can do
- Tell questions with no showcase from questions where you did not show up.
- See your brand's position question by question.
Step 4: See the showcase as the shopper saw it
The ChatGPT answer drawer shows the Question with the topic and Measured on, with the date, the country and the anonymous shopper mention. In Shopping showcase are the cards in the order they showed up, with photo, title, price, store and rating, and your brand's cards highlighted. If the answer did not show products, the drawer says so.
What you can do
- See the real order of the cards in the showcase.
- Recognize your products and your competitors'.
Step 5: Read the answer text
Answer text brings the full text, with the name of your brand and of the competitors in the league marked. This holds even for a brand cited only in the text, with no card in the showcase. If the text is not available, the drawer warns you; if ChatGPT did not answer, it says that ChatGPT did not answer this question in this round.
What you can do
- See how ChatGPT describes and compares the brands.
- Find the brand cited in the text without showing up in the showcase.
