Run your first Shopping measurement
The first visit has four steps: connect the store (optional), review the shopping prompts, measure and follow along. At the end you see whether your brand shows up in the ChatGPT showcase.

First Shopping measurement
Shopping measures whether your brand's products show up in the ChatGPT shopping showcase when someone asks for a product without naming a brand. It lives at /dashboard/shopping, in the side menu, and opens on any paid plan. naia asks ChatGPT real shopping questions, like an anonymous shopper in the brand's country, and reads the products, the stores and the positions in the showcase. The first time, the page walks you through four steps: Your store, Shopping prompts, Measure and Measuring. Each prompt costs 6 credits and only the prompts ChatGPT answered are charged. A brand accepts up to 50 active prompts. People who can only read the brand see a notice: the first setup belongs to whoever edits the brand.

Step by step
Step 1: Follow the four steps
At the top of the page, the step bar shows Your store, Shopping prompts, Measure and Measuring. The later steps have Back and Continue. Without a paid plan, the page shows Shopping is part of the paid plans with the See plans button. People who can only read the brand see This brand has no Shopping measurement yet, and a first measurement in progress is shown to everyone.

- Know which step you are on.
- Go back to an earlier step before starting the measurement.
Step 2: Connect your store (optional)
In the Your store step, paste the address of the store or of the feed and naia identifies the platform: Shopify, VTEX, WooCommerce, XML feed, CSV or Merchant Center. With the store, naia recognizes which showcase products are yours and shows what to change in the listing, in the Fixes tab. Reading continues in the background. Without a store, use Skip for now: the measurement works the same, just without recognizing your products. When the store is already connected, the card shows Connected and the number of products.
What you can do
- Paste the store link or upload the feed file.
- Skip for now and connect later, in the Prompts and schedule drawer.
Step 3: Review the shopping prompts
naia reads the site and the store categories and proposes questions like a real shopper would ask, grouped into topics. They name neither the brand nor a product, because a question like that only you answer and it does not measure competition. A question that names the brand is rewritten and marked Adjusted; if it cannot be rewritten, it stays Off until you edit the text. You can edit a prompt, turn off what you do not want to measure, ask for 4 more in a topic, create a topic with Add topic (it starts with 4 prompts) or Propose again. The limit is 50 active prompts per brand, and the footer shows the total, for example 20 prompts in 5 topics · ChatGPT · Brazil.
What you can do
- Edit the text of a prompt or turn it off.
- Ask for 4 more prompts in a topic or create a new topic.
- See which prompts the quality guard rewrote.
Step 4: Check the cost and start the measurement
The Measure step summarizes Prompts, Where (ChatGPT and the brand's country), Cost per measurement and Store. The cost is 6 credits per prompt. naia reserves the maximum amount when it starts and charges only the answered prompts: if fewer than half answer, the measurement fails and nothing is charged. Repeat automatically comes on by default, every 7 days, and you can choose 14 or 30 days or turn it off; after each round naia emails what changed and pauses the schedule on its own if the balance runs out. Measure now for N credits starts the round; without enough balance, Not enough balance appears with the Buy credits button.
What you can do
- See how much the measurement can cost before confirming.
- Choose the interval of the automatic repeat or turn it off.
- Buy credits when the balance does not cover the reservation.
Step 5: Follow the measurement
In Measuring, the bar shows how many prompts were already answered, topic by topic. The measurement takes 3 to 6 minutes and you can close the page: naia emails you when it finishes. When it ends, See result opens the tabs. If The measurement did not finish appears, use Try again. If the message that we lost contact with the measurement appears, it keeps running and the email arrives at the end; Try again reconnects the follow-up.
What you can do
- Close the page without losing the measurement.
- Open the result with See result.
- Try again when the measurement does not finish.
